SPECIAL TERMS OR CONDITIONS OF SALE
Pricing and Payment:
1. We do not have a base price for any of our dogs, and it must be noted that Fine Tiny Toys and Show Quality Poodles will generally sell for more. Pricing will be quoted for each puppy individually.
2. A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a puppy. We put a lot of time, energy, photos, video's and email's into making sure you get to see the puppies grow and develop. Also, that you are able to pick the right puppy for your family. The balance is due prior to taking possession of your puppy. (Puppies are sold in the order of the deposits received).
3. Upon receiving either a deposit or a in full payment, we will create a written sales contract.
4. Payment for the puppies MUST be paid in full prior to taking possession of your puppy.
5. Payment can be made by Cashiers Check or Money Order. Personal checks are accepted but we insist on a 10-14 day clearing period.
6. We love to place our puppies in a "forever home" where they can be the star of the show and enjoy a life of all the love and hugs they could ever want.
7. We will not knowingly sell a puppy to a breeder. We have worked very hard to perfect our bloodlines and simply want our puppies to go to homes where they will be someones forever companion.
8. Seller reserves the right to cancel the sale of a puppy if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the puppy. The deposit would be refunded at that time.

Registration:
1. All puppies come from AKC registered parents. However, because these puppies are only sold as companions without breeding rights I will not provide puppy regisrations.
2. All of my adult dogs are registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC) and/or the United Kennel Club (UKC).
